Shipping Policy

Shipping Schedule

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday within 24 hours from the day we receive the order. Orders placed over the weekend or on Japanese National holidays will be processed on the following business day.

 Delivery Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a notification e-mail along with your tracking number will be sent to your e-mail address. 

International Shipping

- International Shipping: Flat rate $25~ USD
- If required, the customers will be responsible for covering duties and tariffs
- Shipping time is between 5 to 10 business days

Duty and Tax  

Our terms of sale is DDU (duties and taxes unpaid). The price shown does not include such items as VAT, import duty, tax and other unpredictable charges. These additional unexpected charges will be paid by the customers.

Changing Order Items 

We will accept your request to change an order (ex. spec, color, magnification power) if it is made within 24 hours of receiving the order. Please pay for return shipping fee.
