Please Read Before Using 

1. Please choose the suitable magnification power lens for you.
2. Please refrain from using broken or fractured frames or lenses.
3. These are reading glasses and are not replacements for prescription glasses.
4. Please refrain from using the glasses while playing sports / exercising.
5. Caution: not for use while driving.
6. If you experience any abnormality or discomfort while using the glasses, please stop using them immediately and consult an ophthalmologist.

Warranty Policy

We provide warranty service to the glasses you purchase. To be eligible for warranty service, our policy requires customers to provide us with a receipt or a document that proves your date of purchase. 

Warranty Period 

Valid for a year from the day of purchase.

Warranty service covers purchased items with initial defects.
* Depending on our inventory, we may not be able to replace with the same product. In this case, please understand that you may be offered a similar model.

2. Items stolen or misplaced
3. Wear and tear of parts or deterioration
4. Items damaged due to natural disasters such as fire and earthquake
5. Exchange for a different design, color or model after purchase
6. Products purchased at the outlet mall or discounted sale items
7. For customers who purchased products from our dontpanicglobal.com site, we do not accept returns / refunds request after 8 days of delivery date.
